Dr. Jonathan A. Blansett has been in private practice since 2014 after completing his residency in Periodontology at Baylor College of Dentistry. He earned his board certification from the American Board of Periodontology in 2015. Dr. Blansett received his D.D.S. degree from Baylor College of Dentistry and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Harding University with a bachelor’s of science dual degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Dr. Blansett was born in Little Rock and grew up in Cabot, Arkansas. He enjoys the outdoor opportunities available in Arkansas, including hunting, fishing, boating, canoeing and camping. Dr. Blansett grew up working in the family pharmacy business. Dr. Blansett’s professional interests include periodontal/systemic relationships, peri-implantitis treatment modalities, bone grafting, minimally invasive periodontal surgery and dental implantology. Dr. Blansett has participated in many research projects and has published several articles.
